Outline (in English)

Course outline: In this specialized seminar, students will deepen their understanding of various issues related to workers, problem solving, and support methods from the perspectives of industrial/organizational psychology and clinical psychology (especially the cognitive-behavioral approach) under the theme of the wellbeing of workers.
Learning Objectives: The goal of this seminar is to deepen students' understanding of academic knowledge and research methods by reading research papers on topics of interest in preparation for their graduation thesis.
Learning activities outside of the classroom: Students need to cooperate and discuss in groups, research the literature, and compile their presentations into resumes. Students are also required to study the contents of presentations other than their assigned ones in advance to have meaningful discussions. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Grading Criteria /Policy: Students will be evaluated comprehensively based on their participation in the class (60%) and the content of their presentations (40%).
