Outline (in English)

Based on a basic knowledge of human resource management, the learning objectives are to understand the various challenges that Japanese companies face in securing profits and growth, and to acquire the theory and knowledge to consider effective human resource management for solving these challenges. For this purpose, the following (1) and (2) have been set as achievement objectives in Human Resource Management II.
(1) To understand the various human resource management issues that Japanese companies face in their efforts to secure profits and growth.
(ii) To be able to make persuasive and constructive proposals on how companies should deal with human resource management issues.
