Outline (in English)

Students will understand that global warming is the crisis we are facing now, and grasp the current situation. In addition, students will be able to discuss mitigation and adaptation measures.
The following six goals are to be achieved.
To understand global warming by obtaining knowledge of meteorology and climatology.
To consider the effects of human activities on global warming.
To consider the predictions of global warming.
To consider and summarize problems and measures of global warming caused by mankind.
To comprehend and consider mitigation and adaptation measures for global warming.
Improve presentation skills by giving presentations, and discussion skills by posing questions, expressing opinions, and debating.
Students will be expected to have completed the required
assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be
more than four hours for a class.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the
following
Term-end examination: 40%、Quizzes : 40%、in Class
Participation: 20%.
