Outline (in English)

First, students study basic theories such as microeconomics and social psychology which are required to design, practice and evaluate HR policies. Then, they learn various aspects of HR policies such as hiring, training, promotion, wages, performance evaluation, separation, and job design. Furthermore, they learn strategic or systematic views to synthesize the above various aspects which may well be complementary each other.
It is required that students make a presentation and submit a report on a topic which is relevant to this course.
The grade of this course depends on class participation (30%), the presentation (20%), and the report (50%).
