Outline (in English)

This seminar aims to develop your academic skills to study business administration in order to write up your master thesis. We mainly focus on firms' strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship. The goal of this seminar is to complete good master's thesis and submit it by the deadline. Before/after each seminar meeting, students will be expected to spend more than four hours to prepare and understand the content. Grading will be decided based on each seminar reports (100%), including interim papers and presentations.

本演習は、企業家・経営戦略分野の領域に関わるテーマの修士論文の作成と、これを通じた当該分野における研究作法の習得を目的とする。

到達目標Goal

実務的・学術的に価値の高い修士論文の完成を目指す。

この授業を履修することで学部等のディプロマポリシーに示されたどの能力を習得することができるか（該当授業科目と学位授与方針に明示された学習成果との関連）Which item of the diploma policy will be obtained by taking this class?

ディプロマポリシーのうち、「DP1」「DP2」「DP3」に関連、特に「DP2」「DP3」は強く関連している。

授業の進め方と方法Method(s)（学期の途中で変更になる場合には、別途提示します。 /If the Method(s) is changed, we will announce the details of any changes. ）

本演習は，修士論文執筆に向けた。報告・質疑/ディスカッション・コメント等からなる。当該演習で提起された課題は，次回演習時にその進捗を確認していく。論文で解くべき問題の確定，関連する諸研究の発表，調査の対象と範囲および方法の確定，全体構想の描写をしっかり行う。調査の実施後は，そのとりまとめと，問題の見直し，追加的な文献報告・補完的調査，構想の見直し，調査結果の再解釈などを行う。十二月前半頃迄に初稿を完成させた後，提出へ向けエラボレートしていく。夜間コース等中間発表の機会も活用すると良い。
なお、下記の授業計画は修士論文指導の一つのモデルケースである。
