【Course outline 】
Martial arts is a culture unique to Japan that originated from martial arts, etc., and by learning basic movements and basic techniques according to the movement of the opponent, attacking the opponent and defending the opponent's technique, It is an exercise where you can enjoy the fun and joy of competing for victory or defeat. Practice making the martial arts class.

【Learning Objective】
To be able to conduct safe and effective classes that take advantage of the characteristics of martial arts.
To choose words that are easy for students to understand, and to give effective demonstrations that help them understand.
For those who wish to advance their skills, we will introduce opportunities for dan promotion and other means to help them become dan masters.

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
The students will be instructed in class, but they should also read the Health and Physical Education section of the Courses of Study for Junior High Schools and High Schools (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology). Since there are many special movements unique to judo, please take time to learn them. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Practice class exam 50%.
Students will be divided into groups and take on the roles of teacher and students to conduct a mock class. The teacher and students will be evaluated on how they choose the theme of the class, the consistency of the class structure with respect to the theme, the skill of their demonstration, and the clarity of their language.
Ordinary score: 50%.
Evaluation will be based on the degree of active participation in class and comments made.
