Outline (in English)

The purpose of this course is to understand the theory of athletic rihabilitation. Students will learn the purposes of athletic rihabilitation training an athlete and the ways to grade their athletic performance. Students will learn the practices of creating a athletic rihabiritation program that will enhance the performance of an athlete while preventing injuries. Students will be able to apply these concepts and give proper instructions to athletes at their respective sport.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the
following Term-end report: 40%、Short reports : 60%
