Outline (in English)

【Learning Objectives】
A purpose of this lecture is to learn the following things
1: study basic knowladge about preventive medicine and sports injuries
2: learn the influence that physical activity and exercise give to health

【Learning Objectives】
By the end of the course, students should be able to understand the followings:
-definitions, epidemiology, and pathophysiology related to sports medicine.
-the significance and effect of physical activity and exercise
-basic sports injuries / disabilities and first aid

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend two hours to understand the course content.
