Outline (in English)

To live a healthy life in modern society

Course outline
In today's stress-filled society, the number of people living with mental disorders is very high. Stress in the work environment is also shifting and increasing due to diversification of work patterns, overwork, and problems with work-life balance. Many people suffer from lifestyle-related diseases due to irregular lifestyles, and there are many barriers to living a physically and mentally healthy life. In addition, in the rapidly changing environment of healthcare, we are required to manage our own health by accurately selecting and choosing from a flood of information. The purpose of this lecture is to provide students with the knowledge they need to maintain their health, extend their healthy life span, and achieve longevity while working in the future.

Learning Objectives
The aim of this seminar is for all students to deepen their understanding of the research theme through active discussion by students. Students will also learn presentation skills, how to facilitate the proceedings, summarize and present their opinions, and communicate with others through group discussions.

Learning activities outside of classroom
Students are expected to prepare and review using the materials introduced in each presentation. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

Grading Policy
The overall evaluation will be based on the evaluation of the resume and the content of the presentation (50%), and the normal participation attitude (50%).
