Outline (in English)

【Course outline)】
This class will focus on cases of emerging actors in the field of international cooperation: (1) social entrepreneurs, i.e., individuals and organizations that solve social problems using business methods, and (2) companies that work to reduce poverty and solve social problems through supply chain management, value co-creation, and inclusive business in their core businesses.

【Goal】
The goals of this class are:
(1) To understand social entrepreneurs and inclusive business in international cooperation.
(2) To be able to propose solutions to social problems.

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Students are required to read the class material in advance and actively participate in the discussion.

【Grading Criteria】
Grades are based on active contributions to the class and a final report.
