Outline (in English)

Course outline;
Since the first decentralisation reform in 2000, the term "policy legal affairs" has been advocated mainly by those in charge of legal affairs in local governments. However, this term is not commonly used among legal staff in the central government. We will focus on this difference, and examine the problems faced by municipal legal affairs, while clarifying the concept of policy legal affairs.
Learning Objectives;
To get an idea of "policy legal affiairs".
To understand the key points of drafting ordinances.
Granding Criteria/Policy;
The classes are mainly lectures, but for the Legislative Exercise sessions, the participants are divided into several groups, and while discussing within the groups, design an administrative and regulatory system, and present and discuss the results.
Participation in the Legislative Exercise Sessions is mandatory for the evaluation of this lecture.
From time to time, students will be given the opportunity to discuss the assigned topics in advance and report on them in the lectures.
