Outline (in English)

This course will overview major topics in personnel and organizational economics including human capital theory, asymmetric information, and the provision of incentives. The course also explains empirical strategies and techniques using personnel records from within the firm.This course aims to encourage broader ways of thinking and practicing. This attitude is useful not only for writing Master's theses, but also for making decisions in business situations.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend one hour to understand the course content.
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process Report(50%) and in-class contribution(50%).
