Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
Based on the theoretical framework of career development, students will learn perspectives and methodologies for understanding the current status and challenges of career development.
【Learning Objectives】
The goals of this course are as followings:
・To understand the social structure behind business career development.
・To gain a perspective on how individual business career development is related to corporate human resource management and social structure.
・To be able to identify and discuss their own issues by reading relevant literature and articles.
・To acquire a certain level of knowledge about research methodology.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the relevant materials.
Your required study time is at least two hour for each
class meeting.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end report: 40%、Report in class : 20%、Other in class contribution: 40%
