Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
The aim of this course is to understand the history and system of NPOs law and Co-operatives law from both a legal perspective and legal practice.And,is understandable even for those who have not studied law.

(Learning Objectives)
The goal of the course are to understand the legal history and structure of NPOs and cooperatives, analyze legal information (laws, notifications, judicial precedents, etc.) that is useful for your research and practice, and consider for yourself.

(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend two hours to understand the course content.

(Grading Criteria /Policy)
Short reports:80%,in class contribution:20%
The report must be written in 2000-4000 characters by selecting the legal provisions, notifications, precedents, and various issues that you are interested in under the NPOs and the Cooperatives Law.
Also,the theme can be foreign or abolished law.
It's a good idea to decide on a rough theme before taking this course.
You must report on the draft in the last lesson and then submit it at a later date.
