Outline (in English)

1. Course Outline

-1. Understand the significance and theoretical issues on the case law by taking up important cases on labor law.
-2. Through examination of important labor cases, explore interpretive and legislative issues on individual labor relations law.


2. Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
-A. Understand and organize important labor precedent issues (theoretical issues).
-B. Understand and organize important labor precedent issues (theoretical issues).
-C. Be able to theoretically consider and examine specific labor disputes.


3. Learning Activities Outside of Classroom

Lecture/Exercise(two-credits)
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend two hours to understand the course content.


4.Grading Criteria /Policies

Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following:
-a. Quality of student reports: 60%
-b. In class contribution: 40%
