Outline (in English)

In this seminar,we learn the recent legal issues concerning the collective relation of labor-management, in the case-study format on case examples. Specifically, with regard to legal issues concerning union internal control and organization expansion, union activities, collective bargaining, dispute acts, unfair labor practice system, etc.
We will also conduct theme research on specific issues surrounding the Labor Relations Act and discuss from a policy perspective.
・At the end of the course, students are expected to gain the capacity to discover issues of labor relation law.
・Before each meeting, students must read documents which a teacher
gave.
・Grading will be decided based on seminar report(50%) and the quality
of performance in the seminar(50%).
