Outline (in English)

In this class, we first focus on the overall image of NPOs and their activities from planning to implementation. We then focus on "human resources" involved in NPOs.
In recent years, "human resources" that transcend the boundaries of the three sectors (tri-sector) of "businesses," "governments," and "nonprofits" have been increasingly considered as a new career to solving social problems.
The lecturer with political and administrative bodies and NPOs discuss the roles and significance of each sector. Students have a chance to learn from the experiences of guest speakers about the various positions in NPOs, such as board members, staff, and pro bono, and how they should be in the future.
