Students who will not participate in the SJ program are also able to take this class. For those students, the goal is to develop an eye for perceiving Japan from multiple perspectives.
Self-study assignments will be given in the handouts distributed in each class. Please try each time if possible to deepen what you have learned.
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process. Reaction papers for each class 40%, mid-semester report 20%, and term-end report 40%.
