Outline (in English)

Outline and objectives
This practical lesson is an introductory and experimental valuable lesson on information design. Basic training related to design and art such as logotypes, symbol marks, pictograms and illustrations.

Learning Objectives
Through each lecture held in parallel with the production of the work, we will deepen the understanding of the design concept and visual language and provide basic training on visual expression that facilitates communication between people. In addition, we will cultivate the knowledge, sense, and skills necessary for creative modelling expression that is familiar to all creative activities.
People who are not good at drawing or are new to digital photo processing and design production will experience the joy of making by actively moving their hands and body without thinking difficult.

Learning activities outside of the classroom
The content delivered on the Google site contains many website links to deepen your learning, so we recommend browsing the ones that interest you. There are also many museums and galleries near the university. If possible, depending on the infection status of the new coronavirus, please watch exhibitions.
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

Grading Criteria /Policy
Grades will be evaluated based on the total of class activities, assignments and reports. We emphasize the experimentality and positiveness of our efforts. The scoring ratio is as follows.
1. Initiatives for classes (50%)
2. Issues and reports (50%)

Based on this grade evaluation method, those who have achieved 60% or more of the achievement target of this class will be accepted.
