Outline (in English)

The aim of this course is to develop skills to write graduation thesis and write out graduation thesis.This course provide the student with knowledge of how to seek facts and how to plan, carry out and present work as well as theoretical and practical specialization within a industrial/organizational psychological subject area.
The objectives for writing the graduation thesis are as follows:
(1) To be able to construct a research theme based on one's interests
(2) To be able to review and summarize previous research related to the research theme
(3) To be able to design and conduct a survey
(4) To be able to analyze the results of a survey
(5) To be able to analyze the research results
The preparation of the graduation thesis is a self-initiated process. Since the class focuses on checking progress and supporting progress, proactive and active preparation is required above all. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
The criteria for grading are as follows. Specifically, they are as follows. (1) clarity of problem formulation 20%, (2) thoroughness of prior research 20%, (3) appropriate analysis of research results 20%, (4) hypothesis-based discussion 20%, and (5) clarity of writing 20%.
