Outline (in English)
Course outline： In this seminar, the theme is “how the coming work-style changes”. In this course, I will pick it up about the agenda of current situation of the work-style. Students will be able to deepen the understanding about the carrier design through a discussion, documents reading and article writing.
Learning Objectives： The goal of this course is to enable students to have awareness of problems related to business career development and to conduct empirical research and analysis to elucidate them.
Learning activities outside of classroom： In addition to class time, students will be expected to voluntarily conduct literature surveys, research, and analysis. Students required study time is at least 6 hours.
Grading Criteria /Policy： Final grade will be calculated according to the following process Term-end report (50%) and in-class contribution(50%).

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
「これからの働き方を考える」を年間テーマに授業を進める。
働き方の現状や課題を題材にして、少人数によるディスカッション、文献講読、実証研究の進め方、論文作成など研究の基礎を学ぶとともに、キャリアデザインについての理解を深める。
到達目標Goal
現代社会におけるビジネスキャリア形成に関する問題意識をもち、その解明のために実証的な研究、分析ができるようにする。具体的には、研究テーマの設定、課題意識の明確化、文献研究の進め方、問題意識への実証的なアプローチの方法、実証的なデータ等から結論を導く方法、論文やレポートの書き方など、一連の研究の流れを習得することを到達目標とする。

授業は、年間を通じてグループ別の研究テーマを設定し、その研究課題を解決するための文献講読、データ等の収集などを行い、論文を執筆する。講義、発表、ディスカッション、調査等を組み合わせて実施する。特に、実証的な調査（インタビューやアンケートなど）を実施し、そのデータを加工・分析して結論を導くことを重視する。
課題等の提出・フィードバックは各授業の中で実施する。

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
出席と受講態度、研究への取組姿勢、研究論文、ゼミ活動への貢献等を総合的に評価する。
レポート等課題対応50％、授業の参加姿勢50％。

ディスカッションやグループで研究する作業を重視することとしたい。

2年次までに、「ライフコース論」「キャリア開発論」を含めて、職業キャリアや企業の人材マネジメントに関する授業を受講していることが望ましい。
