Outline (in English)
In this class, we will consider human resource management from the perspective of industrial and organizational psychology. For the past several years, in the first half of the course, students are divided into groups and deepen their discussions through group discussions on the themes presented in each session. In the second half, students work in groups to examine and propose improvements to the themes presented by the companies.
The objectives of this class are twofold.
(1) To understand the basic concepts of industrial/organizational psychology correctly, and to be able to use these concepts to explain various problems in the workplace.
(2) To acquire the basic skills necessary to plan and conduct hypothesis-testing research.
Students are expected to gather and organize information on the topics to be discussed in class before the class begins, and to discuss the topics with the class members during class time. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
The criteria for grading are as follows. Active involvement during resume creation, discussion, and survey implementation: 60%.Preparation and reporting of presentation materials: 40%.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
本演習では、産業・組織心理学の視点から、働く人々や人材マネジメントについて考えていきます。具体的には個人のwell-beingを追及する心理学と、人材の活用を通じたパフォーマンスの向上を求める組織との間で生じる様々な現象について理解を深めます。
ここ数年は、前半は、グループディスカッションを通じて議論を深め、後半は、企業とのコラボで提案をしています。
到達目標Goal
到達目標は大きく分けて２つあります。
（１）産業・組織心理学の基礎概念について、①正しく理解した上で、自分の言葉で説明できるようになること、②働く場の様々な問題への対応策を個人レベル、職場レベル、組織レベルで考えられるようになること
（２）3年次以降のゼミ活動につながるように、①仮説を立てて検証し、レポートを作成するまでの調査実施、レポート作成、プレゼンテーションのスキル獲得、②グループワークに必要なコミュニケーション力、を身に着けること

導入時期は、グループディスカッションになれることを目的に、ディベートならびにグループワークを数回実施する。中盤以降は、グループに分かれて、企業から提示されたテーマに対する提案を検討し、最終報告に向けてプレゼンテーションの準備を行う。
ゼミの中で出た質問や意見に対しては、その授業内で全体に対してコメントする。

□ディベートならびに企業からの課題に向けた提案について
指定されたテーマに関する情報収集ならびに整理は、必要に応じて各自で行うこと。ゼミの時間内はメンバーとのディスカッションと意見の整理を行う。本授業の準備学習・復習時間は各2時間を標準とする。
