Outline (in English)

Until now, things like Globalization, IT revolution, Work Style reform, Diversity, Sustainability have brought significant changes in Distribution/Sales and Marketing.
Pandemic and Natural disasters have brought even more substantial changes to each person/corporation/organization and forced us to change ourselves and the way we act. These changes also seem further accelerating right now.
Under such environment, no matter where to work at any position, all students are invited to think together about new way of Distribution/Sales/Marketing and acquire broader perspective to live with the current changes and lead the changes. Furthermore, they will acquire skills and knowledges that would be useful for them in the future after graduation.

The aim of this course is to help students to acquire basic knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing for retail and distribution.

At the end of the course, students are expected to be knowledgable about basic strategies and tactics for retail/distribution marketing, both theoretically and practically.

Before each class, students will be expected to have reviewed precious class materials and turn in the homework that would be asked at the end of previous class. Your required study time is at least one hour for each class meeting.

Final grade will be calculated according to the following process class project/discussion/short report (30%) and in-class contribution (70%).
