Couse outline
This course covers basic constructs and theories of corporate strategy and business strategy, focusing on strategy formation. It also covers the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on strategy formation.

Can explain basic constructs and theories of corporate and business strategy.

focuses on some of the essential issues in strategic management. It will cover basic analytical approaches and some practical examples of firms. It is consciously designed with a technological and global outlook since this orientation in many ways highlights the significant emerging trends in strategic management. The course aims to provide the students with fundamental theoretical frameworks and pragmatic analytical methods that can work as guides to formulate and implement strategies on corporate, business, and functional levels.
