Outline (in English)

Our lives are supported by various organizations. We work as a member of the organization and form a career. In spring term, we focuses on individuals within the organization.
Learning objectives are to systematically understand the basics, applications, and practices of organizational theory. As a member of a corporate organization, acquire the knowledge necessary to increase the productivity of working people.
Outside of clasroom, deepen your understanding if you take the course while imagining the group to which you belong and the organization that you will find employment in the future.The standard preparatory study and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

Lecture will proceed according to the textbook, so read the instructed part in advance.

Report assignments will be assigned twice and will be evaluated.The grade evaluation criteria are as follows.
A +
Be able to explain the basics, applications, and practices of organizational theory sufficiently theoretically using examples.
A-below
Be able to theoretically explain the basics, applications, and practices of organizational theory using examples.
B-or higher
Be able to explain the basics, applications, and practices of organizational theory, albeit inadequately, theoretically.
C or above
Be able to explain the basics, applications, and practices of organizational theory, albeit inadequately.
D or less
It is not possible to accurately explain the basics, applications, and practices of organizational theory.
