Outline (in English)

 Leadership is the ability to influence a group of people towards a goal.This Leadership class, focuses on understanding seminal and contemporary leadership theories and principles, and also groupdynamics.
 In this class students will be awear of their own leadership capacities through worksheet, groupwork and reflection. So, active participation in your own leadership growth will be needed.

(Learning Objectives)
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
-A. Understanding the foundation of leadership theories.
-B. Understanding the foundation of group dynamics.
-C. Deepening the understanding of and developing one's Leadership Styles.

(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting and to have read the relevant chapter(s) from the text before each class meeting. Your study time will be more than two hours for a class.

(Grading Criteria /Policies)
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 50%、Short reports(Worksheets) and in-class contribution: 50%
