Outline (in English)

This course have two goals. One is to to acquire knowledge of the basic theory of business career development, the other is to understand that career development changes in relation to economic and social and corporate personnel management.
This course introduces how the employment system of a company is changing due to changes in the economy and society, and the changes and impacts of individual business careers.
Students will be expected to print out the materials provided by the learning support system in advance and to participate in this course.
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process Mid-term report and the term-end report(50%),and in-class contribution (including small reports imposed each class, 50%).
