Outline (in English)

(Course outline): Based on the theory and the knowledge of organizing information resources, students will practice creating actual bibliographic catalog and decimal classification as well as analyzing subject headings.

(Learning Objectives): Students are able to acquire basic skills in bibliographic data preparation, subject analysis, and classification work.

(Learning activities outside of classroom): Students must ensure that they complete the homework assigned each time.

(Grading Criteria /Policy): Since this class is offered throughout the year, 50% will be given in the spring semester and 50% in the fall semester; of the 50%, the overall evaluation will be based on attendance, each quiz, and each of the spring and fall semesters (25%), and each of the spring and fall semester written examinations (25%).
