Outline (in English)

[Outline]
In this course, we will discuss what is difference between knowledge and intelligence, what is the role of science and technology in our society through the history of computer science and information science and the history of science and technology policy. And we also discuss how technology governance is taken, based on ethics, culture and custom, and social legislation.

[Goal]
The goal of this course is to develop a basic knowledge of the relationship between science and technology and society.
