This course introduces data science and machine learning methods to students taking this course.
（Learning Objectives）
Learn basic machine learning methods as preparation of graduation research.
（Learning activities outside of classroom）
Before/after each class meeting, students are expected to read the relevant books, understood the content, and completed the required assignments.
（Grading Criteria /Policy）
The evaluation will be based on class performance (80%) and research output (20%)

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
卒業研究の準備段階として、経済、経営の問題を解決するための基本的な機械学習の手法を習得する。人工知能とデータサイエンスの一分野である機械学習の基礎を学び、最先端な科学に触れる。そこで得られた力量をこれからの卒論研究と将来の仕事に応用する。

卒論研究を行うためのデータサイエンス・機械学習の技能を身につける。
