Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
This course introduces focusing on software-based systems, I will summarize the project management. You will learn the point of view to lead the project success and fundamental technique. What is needed for a successful job is not only technology but also communication skills and strategy.
Project management could be a big strategy in the modern business world.

(Learning Objectives)
The goals of this course are to understand the basics of project management.

(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the relevant chapters from the text, understood the content, and completed the required assignments.

(Grading Criteria /Policies)
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following.
Term-middle examination: 50%, Term-end examination: 50%, (additional normal points)
