Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
This lecture will teach basic theory and techniques necessary for achieving quality, timeliness (delivery), cost (cost), and customer satisfaction in modern production management. To understand production control correctly and acquire the basic knowledge of production control to have a bird's eye view of the entire production activities.

(Learning objectives)
The goals of this course are to understand the significance of production management, understand the basics of its contents, and acquire advanced skills to manage the entire production system, with a primary focus on uncertainty-based management.

(Learning activities outside of the classroom)
After each class meeting, students will be expected to have understood the content, submitted an attendance sheet and completed the required assignments.

(Grading criteria /policies)
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following; the basis of exercises: 20%, mid-term exam: 40%, and final exam: 40%. Active participation in the lectures will also be evaluated.
