Outline (in English)
In recent years, digitalization has progressed in many fields such as household appliances, information terminals, cars, and heavy electric power. These digital devices are constructed by logic circuits, and learning logic circuits is indispensable to information engineering engineers. In the "Logic circuit", we learn the theory and behavior of logic circuits, fundamental design method, etc., and acquire practical knowledge useful in the development field in information engineering.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
近年、家電や情報端末、車や重電等、多くの分野でディジタル化が進展している。これらのディジタル機器は、論理回路によって構築されており、情報工学の技術者に論理回路の習得は必須である。「論理回路」では、論理回路の理論や動作、基礎的な設計手法などを学習し、情報工学での開発現場で役立つ実践的な知識を習得する。
到達目標Goal
講義では、論理回路の基礎や動作に関する知識を身につけたうえで、論理回路が実際の製品の中でどのように使用されているかを学ぶことにより、情報工学分野の開発現場で役立つ論理回路の基本的な考え方や設計手法を習得し、更に、ハード開発にも対応可能なスキルを身につけることを目標とする。
The goal of the lecture is to acquire knowledge of the fundamentals and operation of logic circuits, and to learn how logic circuits are used in actual products, thereby acquiring the basic concepts and design techniques of logic circuits that are useful in the field of information engineering development, and also to acquire skills that can be applied to hardware development.

初めに、論理回路で使用される数値表現や論理関数について学ぶ。次に、代表的な論理回路である組合せ回路と順序回路の動作や理論、動作タイミング設計における注意点などを習得する。更に、実際の開発現場で役立つように、論理回路が実際の機器における具体的な利用例について学ぶ。授業では、講義とともに、理解を深めるための演習等を行う。
リアクションペーパー等におけるコメントは適宜授業内で紹介し、授業内容の理解に活かします。

【本授業の準備・復習等の授業時間外学習は、4時間を標準とする】各回のテーマと内容をもとに、参考書等で関連箇所を事前に学習しておくことが望まれる。授業後は返却された演習問題を復習することが望まれる。
The standard study period outside of class time is 4 hours. Based on the theme and content of each session, students are encouraged to study the relevant sections in advance by consulting reference books, etc. After the class, students are expected to review the exercises returned to them.

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
原則として、毎回の授業で行う演習30%、中間試験 30%、期末試験 40%の比重で評価を行うが、授業における演習での理解度を参考にして総合的に判断する。
In principle, evaluation will be based on the ratio of 30% for exercises conducted in each class, 30% for mid-term examinations, and 40% for final examinations, but will be judged comprehensively with reference to the level of understanding achieved in the in-class exercises.
