Outline (in English)

This course introduces the foundations of C programming to students taking this course. The aim is to help students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge needed to write meaningful programs. By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
・Understand and explain how programs work on computers.
・Create and modify simple programs in C language.
・Acquire practical knowledge and skills of programming.
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class. Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
・Examination and quizzes: 70%
・Reports and usual performance score : 30%
