Outline (in English)

The purpose and the overview of the quantum mechanics are the followings;
(1) Large influence to semiconductor engineering from quantum mechanics. Quantum Potential, Scattering problems of Tunneling effects, PN-junction by negative resistance (Esaki Diodes), Resonant Scattering.
(2) Quantum mechanics about Harmonic Oscillator and Hydrogen-related models.
(3) Orthogonality and δ-function of wave-function by analogy to linear vector space.
