授業概要(Course outline)
The aim of this course is to deepen understanding of fluid mechanics through turbomachinery.
到達目標(Learning Objectives)
The goals of this course are to reconfirm basics of fluid dynamics, such as the equation of continuity, the momentum equation and the first law of thermodynamics through learning basic operating principle of turbomachinery.
授業時間外の学習(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend at least an hour to understand the course content.
成績評価の方法と基準(Grading Criteria/Policies)
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on term-end examination (70%) and in-class contribution (30%).
