(Learning objectives)
The specific objectives of this integrated subjects are to
1)be able to explain the basic concepts of thermodynamics such as system, state, state postulate, equilibrium, process and the zeroth law of thermodynamics.
2)be able to understand and explain the first law of thermodynamics, energy balances, and mechanisms of the energy, internal energy and enthalpy.

(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.

(Grading criteria/Policies)
Your final grade will be decided according to the following process:
The final grade will be determined according to the following criteria:
・Only students with an attendance rate of The ratio of over 70%(10/14 or over) will be evaluated.
