Outline (in English)
i)To increase general English writing skills.ii)To improve understanding of both typography and content as equally essential elements of composition.iii)To practice the acquisition and ordering of information as preparation for correctly constructing a standard paragraph.iv)To realize the need for editing and rewriting to complete a finished piece of work.

Completing practical writing tasks utilizing models of such in order to learn how to organize information most effectively, optimally construct informative paragraphs, and better compose texts according to standard typographical conventions.
到達目標Goal
Increased general and technical English writing ability and greater understanding of coherence and development in paragraphs through actual practice in composing drafts as well as rewriting for grammatical correctness and conventions of composition.

Visual materials are presented for both concise and comprehensive description in an integrated paragraph. The materials include tables, graphs, charts and objects. Some tasks involve reordering sentences to confirm understanding of integration as a necessity.

Initial sentence reordering tasks and final drafts need to be conducted as individual out of class assignments. Also, those in-class tasks not completed within the period of a particular class session should be done outside the session for submission at the next class.
