Business communication skills: to develop the skills necessary for effective communication for a variety of common business or workplace situations
到達目標Goal
This course aims to develop the student's vocabulary and ability to discuss key business concepts and engage in realistic problem solving discussions. Topics such as Data management, Etiquette, and Success will be covered in the course. Special emphasis will be placed on vocabulary, listening and speaking skills. After group discussions, the students will be required write short memos or email messages to communicate in written form.

Students will study business communication skills and practice these by engaging in pair work, group work, and discussion/problem solving activities. Students will also
discuss a business case at the end of each unit and report discussion results in class. Some brief written assignments will also be given.
Feedback on submitted assignments and quizzes will be given at the beginning of the following class.
