Outline (in English)
The purpose of this lecture is to teach beginners in law the basic knowledge of law and how it can be used specifically to resolve legal disputes.
The first half of this lecture (1st to 7th) will be an on-demand type lecture. The wide range of this lecture (8th to 14th) will be a face-to-face lecture.
The specific goals of this lecture are as follows.
（1）Acquire basic knowledge about law. It was
(2) Acquire the knowledge necessary to resolve legal disputes.
(3) Acquire logical thinking based on a legal perspective (thinking necessary to persuasively develop one's claim).
The standard preparatory study / review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Browse the materials instructed during the lecture (in some cases, you may instruct to view videos such as YouTube as well as paper materials).
Summarize the content of the lecture in a memo and summarize it in easy-to-understand sentences (this work is directly linked to grade evaluation because a report is required for the content of the lecture).
The evaluation is made by measuring the achievement level of the three points described in the achievement target column according to the two tasks. The breakdown is the face-to-face assignments in the first half of the lecture (50%) and the assignments given in the on-demand lecture in the second half of the lecture (50%).

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
法学の初学者に対して、法の基礎知識を教授し、それが具体的に法的紛争の解決に如何に用いられるのかを学ぶ。
講義前半（第１～第７回）は対面型講義とする。法の基礎知識を学ぶ。
講義後半（第８回～第１４回）はオンデマンド型の講義として、資料をウェブシステム上にアップする。受講生は都合の良い時間に資料にアクセスし、指定された期日までに課題を提出する（課題提出方法については、ウェブシステムを通じて通知）。オンデマンド型の講義では、法的紛争解決に必要な基礎知識を学ぶ。
法学Ⅰでは、法的視点から紛争を解決する方法を身に着けることを目的とする。また、日々のニュースについて、報道を鵜呑みにせずに多角的な視点から物事を考えることができる視点の獲得を目指す。
到達目標Goal
本講義の具体的到達目標は以下の通りである。
①法学に関する基礎知識を獲得する。
②法的紛争の解決に必要な知見を獲得する。
③法的視点に基づく論理的思考（自らの主張を説得的に展開するために必要な思考）を身に着ける。

前半は対面型講義を実施する。教科書は使用せず、配布資料を基に講義を進める。後半はオンデマンド型とする。ウェブのOATubeに動画資料をアップする。質疑応答は、対面講義中は講義終了後、オンデマンド講義中はウェブ上の掲示板を通じて行う。

本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、各2時間を標準とする。
講義中に指示した資料を閲覧する（紙媒体の資料だけでなく、YouTube等の動画の閲覧を指示する場合もある）。
講義内容をメモにまとめ、分かり易い文章にまとめる（講義内容についてレポート作成を求めるため、この作業は成績評価とも直結する）。

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
２つの課題によって、到達目標欄に記載した３点の達成度を測ることで評価する。内訳は講義前半の対面型に関する課題（50％）と講義後半のオンデマンド講義で出題する課題（50％）である。

法学の知識が社会問題に如何に応用できるのかがよく分かったとの回答を受講生からもらった。今年度も法学の基礎知識を時事問題に如何に応用していくのかを受講生に分かり易く伝えたい。
