Outline (in English)

The purpose of this lecture is to give lectures to beginners in law about the enactment of law, the basics of the governing structure of the state, and specific methods of resolving disputes.
The first half of this lecture (1st to 7th) will be an on-demand type lecture. The wide range of this lecture (8th to 14th) will be a face-to-face lecture.

The specific learning goals of Jurisprudence I are as follows.(1) To be able to understand why the law is needed by society.
(2) To be able to understand the process of formation of the nation and understand what the role of the nation is.
(3) In resolving legal disputes, be able to read the claims of both parties to the conflict and be able to think logically when deciding which claim is appropriate.

The standard preparatory study / review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Browse the materials instructed during the lecture (in some cases, you may instruct to view videos such as YouTube as well as paper materials).
Summarize the content of the lecture in a memo and summarize it in easy-to-understand sentences (this work is directly linked to grade evaluation because a report is required for the content of the lecture).

Grades are evaluated by two tasks. The breakdown is the first half of the lecture (face-to-face lecture) (50%) and the second half of the lecture (on-demand lecture) (50%).
