Outline (in English)

The purpose of this lecture is to enable students to correctly read international consolidated financial statements with an understanding of advanced knowledge and techniques related to financial accounting in today's global capital market disclosure system. Lectures will focus particularly on understanding the structure of consolidated financial statements and the structural concepts of IFRS. In addition, the students will understand the history of bookkeeping and accounting, which is indispensable for managing today's international accounting. Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following;
In class contribution: 60% , Short reports : 40%
