Outline (in English)

In order to show maximum performance in sports, it is important for athletes themselves to cope with sports injuries/trauma and to learn how to condition their bodies. The aim of this course is to help students acquire prevention methods and conditioning, training methods from immediately after an injury to returning. The goals of this course are that athletes themselves learn the process of recovering from injuries/trauma, preventing injuries/trauma, and enhancing self-management skills.
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 45%、Short reports : 35%、in class contribution: 20%
