Outline (in English)
Course outline: In this class students acquire practical knowledge of giving oral and poster presentations in English by looking at model presentations and learning useful words and expressions provided in the text book.
Learning Objectives: Students are to learn the structure of presentation and useful expressions so as to apply the knowledge gained to their own presentations.
Learning activities outside of classroom: Before and after each class, the students are expected to spend four hours for preparation and reviewing (including studying materials to be covered, reading aloud and memorizing important expressions, and preparing presentations).
Grading Policy: In-class presentations and class participation will be considered.

国際学会で効果的に口頭発表、ポスター発表、また司会ができるよう、有用な英語表現を学び、発音練習も行う。
英語で意味を適切に伝えられるよう、リズム、ストレス、イントネーションの練習も行う。

国際学会で英語で効果的なプレゼンができるよう、有用な表現を習得する。
英語のリズム、ストレス、イントネーションへの理解を深め、運用能力を高める。

国際学会で英語で口頭発表を行うことを念頭に置き、様々な場面でキーとなる英語表現を学び、発音練習を行う。リズム・ストレス・イントネーションも学んでいく。受講生は、英語での口頭発表を複数回行うことが要求される。
