（Course outline）
The objective of this lecture is to learn methods for recognizing 3D structural information of the object in the image captured by camera.
（Learning Objectives）
Acquire basic image processing techniques. Understand what kind of information can be obtained from images, in particular, what can be understood from the geometric relationship between 2D images and 3D space. Understand the various applications.
In this lecture, students will learn how to recognize objects by computer using images. In particular, we will deepen students' understanding of several topics, including methods for understanding the three-dimensional structure of the environment surrounding the camera that captured the images and their applications, including survey exercises.

カメラで撮影した画像から，対象を認識する手法を学ぶ．特に，カメラの周辺の環境の3次元的構造を理解するための手法を中心に知識を習得する．
到達目標Goal
画像処理の基本的な手法を身につける．画像からどのような情報が得られるのか，特に，2次元画像と3次元空間の幾何学的関係から何がわかるのかを理解する．また，様々な応用例について理解する．

本講義では，画像を用いたコンピュータによる対象の認識手法を学ぶ．特に，画像を撮影したカメラを取り巻く環境の3次元的な構造を理解する手法やその応用例などについて，いくつかのトピックについて調査演習を含めて理解を深める．
課題等の提出・フィードバックは「学習支援システム（Hoppii）」を通じて行う予定です．
In this lecture, students will learn how to recognize objects by computer using images. In particular, we will deepen students' understanding of several topics, including methods for understanding the three-dimensional structure of the environment surrounding the camera that captured the images and their applications, including survey exercises.
