Outline (in English)

Course outline: In this seminar, students will deepen their understanding of various problems related to working people and methods of problem-solving and support from the perspectives of clinical psychology and industrial/organizational psychology. Emphasis will be placed on evidence-based approaches and the leadership of participants.
Learning Objectives: The goal of this seminar is for students to understand the theories related to workers' mental health and to be able to explain their thoughts on topics of interest.
Learning activities outside of the classroom: Students need to cooperate and discuss in groups, research the literature, and compile their presentations into resumes. Students are also required to study the contents of presentations other than their assigned ones in advance to have meaningful discussions. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Grading Criteria /Policy: Students will be evaluated comprehensively based on their participation in the class (60%) and the content of their presentations (40%).
