Outline (in English)
【Outline】
I will be expanded your conversations in JSL.
I will support you talk in JSL the Deaf people, through the Out-of-Class.
I will support you will take the Certification test on JSL.
【Learning Objectives】
The goal is to be able to JSL conversations such as self-introduction, questions and answers, and intentions.
In addition, you will be able to ask questions in JSL instructor.
It will be increased the learning of idioms.
You learn about the life and history of Deaf communities, so that they can be connected to out-of-class learning.
【Method】
When learning sign language, it basically will be proceed without voice. It will be the following each time.
・Acquisition of JSL conversation sentences
・Learning conversation using idioms
・Read JSL speech
・Your speech in JSL
When Online lessons, everyone will come face-to-face.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Please be sure to review the sign language expression by yourself. It is more effective to have a sign language conversation between the students without speaking out. You may be asked to research and summarize a given theme in advance. Please attend the out-of-class study and submit a report. It will be added to the evaluation of the regular exam for the fall semester. The standard preparatory study and review time for this class is one hour in total.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
<Learning outside class>
・Participation in events of Deaf groups is mandatory. There is a report submission. (20 points) * If it is difficult to visit the event, please contact us.
<Final exam>
・Read the sign language and answer the questions on the paper. (40 points)
・Give a speech using the sign language you learned. (40 points)
<Scoring method> Out-of-class learning (20%) Final exam (80%)

日本手話言語の会話をより広げて行きます。
授業外学習で、講師以外の手話話者との手話会話ができることを目指します。
全国手話検定試験の受験をフォローします。
到達目標Goal
自己紹介、質疑応答、意思などの手話会話ができることを目標にします。
更に、履修生自身から、講師へ手話で質問できるようにします。
慣用句の習得を増やしていきます。
ろう者の生活や歴史などを学んで、授業外学習へ連結できるようにします。

手話を学ぶ時、基本的に、音声なしで進めます。
毎回、次の通り行います。
・手話会話文の習得
・慣用句を使った会話の習得
・講師の手話スピーチを読取り
・履修生の手話スピーチ
オンライン授業となる場合、全員顔出しで進めます。

「聴覚障害」「福祉制度」「手話通訳」の範囲で、課題について調べて、手話で話してもらいます。

各自、手話表現の復習を必ずして下さい。
履修生同士で、声を出さないで手話会話をした方が効果があります。
予め、与えられたテーマについて調べてまとめてもらうことがあります。
授業外学習に出席してレポートを提出して下さい。秋学期定期試験の評価に加算します。
本授業の準備学習・復習時間は合わせて1時間を標準とします。
