Outline (in English)

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is indispensable in
learning about the welfare, psychology and community development. By
the end of the course, students are expected to master ICT skills such as official document creation and basic programming using HTML. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content. Final grade will be calculated according to the following process: Mid-term report (30%), term-end task (40%), and in-class contribution (30%).
