Outline (in English)

Climatology / Meteorology are one of the main aspects of Physical Geography.
The course focuses on fundamental experiments and practical training to learn and understand climatology / meteorology.
The aim of this course is to acquire skills for using measuring instruments and process data.
The following three goals are to be achieved.
To acquire the knowledge for understanding natural phenomenons by creating charts which are used in studies of climatology.
To acquire the skills to express the results of observational surveys conducted in climatological research.
To develop the required attitude to engage in observation practice, such as cooperating with co-observers to ensure successful observations and obtaining accurate data.
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than two hours for a class.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Short reports : 70%、in Class Participation: 30%
