Outline (in English)

This is a course on the microeconomics of money, banking, and financial markets. The course aims to show the way to understand the role of money, financial markets, financial institutions, and monetary policy in the economy. The students will learn modern microeconomic theory of financial intermediation.
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after class meetings. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class. Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on term-end examination (100%).
